Joining the Energy Federation of NZ Inc. (EFNZ)
has clear benefits for all companies and individuals with an interest in New
Zealand's energy industry. Membership gives access to a network of excellent
contacts and a range of national and international information on
energy-related issues.
There are four categories of annual membership
subscription as follows:
Full (Corporate) Membership:
It is open to producers and distributors of energy
(electricity, gas, petrol and oil) or any organisation interested in any
aspect of energy, supporting the objectives of the Energy Federation,
including the World Energy Council, and wishing to support co-operative
initiatives to achieve these objectives.
Associate Memberships:
Level 1
is open
to research institutions, academic institutions, electricity lines companies,
government ministries and agencies, and other professional associations who
support the objectives of the Energy Federation, including the World Energy
Council.
Level 2
is open
to energy industry associations (where EFNZ Corporate Members are also major
members), university departments, sole traders, independent contractors,
consultants, and NGO's, working in or with an interest in the energy sector,
who support the objectives of the Energy Federation, including the World
Energy Council.
Individual memberships:
Invitations may be extended to retired or unwaged individuals with a record of
support for the energy sector and the Energy Federation. Such invitations are
subject to the approval of the Energy Federation Board.
